If your computer has internet access, our POS system can access address information for the entire UK via the internet. We provide address data within a 7-mile radius along with the software. If you need address information for a larger area, please contact our customer service.
If your current computer and printer are functioning properly, you can use your existing hardware without any additional investment and directly install the KirinPOS system. Our system supports almost all popular Windows operating systems on the market, including Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11. We can also help you reinstall the Windows operating system if needed.
Based on our experience, 95% of software installation and usage issues can be resolved remotely online. For any special issues that require on-site assistance, please contact our customer service to arrange an on-site appointment.
